Return or exchange of on hand items is allowed within 7 days upon receipt of the item granted that they are unworn and unwashed.
We will only accept returns if they are flawed or damaged before shipping. Should this be the case, the shipping cost for the return and exchange will be shouldered by us. If the items have been damaged during transit, returns or exchanges will not be allowed.
Returns for other reasons may be accepted at our discretion. Should they be approved, the returned item can only be replaced by items of the same amount or higher. Items chosen for exchange will only be reserved for a maximum of 5 days if additional payment is needed. Shipping costs for returns and exchanges must be shouldered by the buyer.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for pre-ordered items. We can offer alteration or repair services instead.
